March Budget Message

The Mayor’s March Budge Message for 2009 was released on Friday, March 13, 2009. It gives directions to the City Manager regarding approaches to preparing the FY 2009-2010 budget.  A copy of the budget message can be found here.

There will be a public hearing to discuss the Mayor’s March Budget Message on Tuesday, March 17 and Tuesday, March 24, 2009. I encourage you to visit the District 4 website frequently for the latest news and updates regarding the budget process.

I am interested in hearing your thoughts, concerns, and priorities for the upcoming budget year.  Your feedback will give me valuable insight during the budget process as I work with my colleagues on the City Council.
