Community Office Hours

As your Councilmember, it is important for me to know what is happening in our community.  I want to continue finding new ways to make my office more accessible across District 4.  Starting this month, I will begin holding Community Office Hours in order to get feedback and provide assistance to residents.  Staff will also be on hand to help handle questions and concerns from residents.  I invite all residents to join me during my Community Office Hours to tell me your concerns as well as point out any problems in your neighborhood.

This month, there will be two opportunities for residents to meet informally with me.  I will be holding evening Community Office Hours at the Alviso Community Center on Wednesday, August 22, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and at the Berryessa Community Center on Thursday, August 30 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.  In order to accommodate all the residents in District 4, Community Office Hours will rotate among several locations.  Please call my office for the most recent information on dates, times, and locations.  In order to serve the maximum number of constituents, each time slots will be for 15 minutes.

If you would like an appointment during my Community Office Hours, please call the office to schedule.  If no one is available to take your call, please leave a detailed message indicating the date, time, and phone number to return your call.  People are also welcome to drop in and visit during these times.
